I've had it for a few months and have no complaints. It's Eufy, so it's a great brand. I have five Eufy cameras, a doorbell, and motion-activated night lights throughout the house. I had a problem with one Eufy camera after about 11 months, and after contacting their customer service, I had a new camera at my door within 4 days. Great customer support. I like that I can connect the smart lock to my Eufy app, connect the lock to a specific camera or doorbell, and unlock the door from the camera. I've had no problems with the lock and love the self-locking feature. This feature is the main reason I purchased the lock. My daughter would leave for work at 4:00 am and forget to lock the door back while my wife and I slept. Now it locks automatically after the door is closed and can be set to lock after a few seconds up to 3 minutes. It looks very sleek and modern and was easy to install. The fingerprint sensor works flawlessly, and you can add multiple fingerprints.
