I ordered and installed 12 different smart locks and this is the only one that fit my requirements out of the twelve other smart locks.Requirements:1. Compact back latch to clear the second deadbolt on my door.2. Fits Greater than 2"thick door3. Smart features for maintenance staff/guests4. Rfid badges for guests so you don't need a gateway to program codes5. Finger print reader (501 model) for easy access for me anytime without needing a key.6. Very thick metal plate for fastening bolt to door. Better quality than othersCons:-no rubber pad to protect your door- deadBolt is slimmer than others so there is a wiggle in the door after it locks.Under $100 I would buy again.*Update* Product is now fully installed and tested. All 4 family members have loaded 2 sets of prints. Install took 10 minutes. Activation and programming took 15. Absolutely satisfied with this product and giving a legit 5 star review which is something I almost NEVER offer. Highly recommend. And the styling too! Am reviewing prior to testing all electronic features.Second smart lock I purchased, and this one had better packaging, the build quality was clearly better. For example the wire covers were not just cheap plastic. And the lock has better sound features that are helpfulThis lock is great. Super easy to install and set up. Once you download the app, everything is right there to add user codes and/or fingerprints. I love the safety feature that if 3 invalid attempts are made, it locks out completely and only the admin (user of the app) can unlock it through said app. It looks very high end and love that the key lock is hidden by the fingerprint. I purchased this one after a well known lock brand smart lock I had just stopped working on us one day; and it was less than 2 years old.I eagerly awaited this device, thinking I would be able to unlock and relock my house remotely through my phone (to assist visitors, deliveries, etc). It is a not just a lock and unlock mechanism. IT IS A DOOR OPENER! and it CANNOT close itself. I have foam insulation between my door and the door frame to keep out cold air leaks. So my door immediately pops open very slightly whenever the so-called "Smart Door UnLock" is activated. When this happens, the open door can no longer be closed through the app, because the bolt is now misaligned with the bolt hole. Your door will remain unlocked and OPEN until it is fully closed manually again. The app is useless in this case. You'll have to call a trusted neighbor to manually close your door, or leave your house wide open until you get home. The only solution is to add strong springs that will keep your door closed at all times even when the door knob is opened manually. Not a good design.We installed this had a little trouble on our end but we were able to contact support and they walked us through every step of the way even sent us videos demonstrating troubleshooting via WhatsApp. I'm so happy that I bought this lock. It's working great will probably review later as I get used to using it. Just a great experience with contacting support. Thank you to whomever took the time from geeksmart to walk me thru this the other evening!!Very quick and easy to install
