It works, seems as good as the old one. Used on an Amana DRB1801AW. The old gasket split on the bottom with the magnetic strip hanging out. When I installed this new one there was separation on bottom seal between the door and the freezer opening (this could have been like this for ages). If you remove the doors (fridge and freezer) you can use more shims to raise the door which helped a little. To get a good seal again I had to remove the leveling leg cover and switch the side the metal shim was on so the bottom of the door was closer to the freezer surround. Perfect seal now and way better than buying a new fridge.
