I love the look of these handles and was so excited I bought 6 of them even though we only had one door painted and ready for a handle swap. Good thing I had so many because they are garbage. We have gone through 3 handles. They get stuck in a locked position. You can turn the lock/unlock on the handle but the actual locking mechanism remains locked. Not only did we throw away money on these, we ruined our door when we had to break it down to get one of our kids out. A cheap replacement from Lowe’s has been working wonderfully since then.
