My first time buying from Restroom Direct and it could not have been easier. A friendly voice took a message for Peter, their head sales person - not a voicemail! And, Peter helped me pick the products that were right for me. I would definitely buy from them again.The footpull product works really well, and is not hard to use. I expected it to be a little hard on legs/ankles/feet but that has not been a complaint of users in my office. It also fits various size and shape shoes. I also purchased an armpull for another area and that has been a big success as well. Definitely recommend both products!
