In short, One of the plastic window channel clips on my 03 Highlander broke, but the window itself was fine. Fixing the plastic clip and using a special adhesive to re-glue the window is a bad option, it can be done but it requires a big investment in time and extra money. Dealer wanted $370 for a new window. I bought this for $83 and did it myself. Only extra expense was buying a plastic trim removal tool set because I didn't have one already. The window is the real deal and meets safety specs. I'm very happy.
